The New Year is here and many of us have been indulging in retrospection and re-evaluating some of our life choices last year. New Year’s resolutions are the perfect opportunity for all of us to sit down and prepare a list of important lifestyle changes we want to make.

We’ve decided to give you a bit of help by sharing our resolutions with you!

Gita would like to achieve a personal best this year with her running activities. She would like to complete two 10k runs by Autumn.

Doctor Patel is taking part in the London Marathon in April to raise money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association. His new year’s resolution is to train hard and complete this marathon in 4 hours.

Harshika is looking to lose some maternity weight this year as she has recently welcomed a baby boy. She has set herself up with different gym classes and looks forward to achieving her goals

Katie is due to go on maternity leave in the coming weeks and is very excited to start a new chapter of her life. She looks forward to focusing on her family in the coming year

Mercy is hoping to give her life a bit more structure this year. She has joined a local gym and signed up for some classes at fitness centres. She is looking forward to keeping to a routine and keeping fit and healthy.

Deodata’s new year’s resolution is to build on her gym body and get abs. She is going to achieve this by keeping the protein levels up and pushing to reach her targets at the gym.
