Set out below are some of the terms on which The Laser and Aesthetic Clinic service to its clients.

Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any treatment.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION/ CANCELLATION POLICY

We sometimes need to contact you to change the time and/or date of your booking. Whenever possible, we will give you as much notice as we can when doing this. In the instance of unforeseen staff illness, we may be forced to reschedule your appointment at short notice. No discounts will be offered in these circumstances.

Please note that you are required to give the clinic at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. A fee of £25 is liable if notice is not given.  For those on a course of treatments, you may lose that session from your course if not enough notice is given.

CONSULTATION FEES

Certain treatments require a consultation fee of £50 to be paid prior to the appointment which would be redeemable against the cost of treatment.  This redemption is only for the service that the consultation was initially for and is valid for 3 months from the initial appointment date.

PRACTITIONER/THERAPIST

While we will make every effort to meet your request, we cannot guarantee a specific therapist for your treatment. All practitioners are trained in all undertaken treatments and protocols to ensure your comfort and treatment efficacy at all times.

REFUND POLICY

The Laser and Aesthetic Clinic  do not offer refunds on treatments or products. If you change your mind about a treatment you have purchased within 14 days, and none of your sessions have been redeemed yet, we can offer a refund less an admin fee.

If for any medical reason you are advised not to continue with your course of treatments, please get a certified letter from your doctor. Sessions that have not already been redeemed will be refunded proportionally. Sessions that have already been redeemed will not be refunded and will be charged from the course value at the full single session and treatment price.

If you have paid upfront for sessions and have used any of the sessions then this will be deducted from your refund value as the pay as you go cost (the full treatment cost per session and per treatment).

The Laser and Aesthetic Clinic cannot be held responsible for any unknown side effects which may occur as a result of having Laser treatments.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges of products that have been opened or are unsealed.

DURATION BETWEEN TREATMENTS

Please note laser hair and vein treatments should in general be carried out 4-6 weeks between treatments on the face and 6-8 weeks in between treatments on the body.  Throughout a course of laser hair removal, you may find a longer duration for the hair to grow back between sessions, but always aim to book your next appointment when the hairs start to re-appear.  Failure to do so may have an impact on obtaining optimum results from the treatment.

For 3D Lipo Treatments – If you are on a weekly course of sessions, please do attend these weekly as discussed with your Therapist. Failure to have these weekly will have an impact on your end result. 3D Lipo sessions work on the understanding that the client following the aftercare advice, is being healthy at home with their diet, drink 2litres of water daily and are carrying out some exercise 30 minute 2-3 times a week.

REMOVAL OF PRODUCTS ON THE SKIN

Please be advised make-up, deodorant, perfume, and oil-based products must be removed prior to treatments. Practitioners will cleanse the area, however we cannot be held responsible for any visual product that may lay dormant in the skin pores which can cause an adverse reaction.

LIABILITY POLICY

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he/she provide us with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. We will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.

The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by The Laser and Aesthetic Clinic regarding the care of a treated area.

If you have any changes in medication, please let the clinic know at least 48 hours prior to a treatment as this may impact your treatment.

COMPLAINTS POLICY

We aim to provide the best possible service and care to you when delivering a consultation or treatment.

In the event that you are unhappy with any aspect of the service provided, you should speak to the clinic manager in the first instance. 

REFUSAL OF TREATMENT

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time

OFFERS/VOUCHERS

Two offers or discounts cannot be used simultaneously in the clinic. Offers or courses purchased can not be swapped for another offer or course.

If you have purchased a voucher from an independent supplier, and require a refund, please contact them directly.  If the date has expired on this voucher, and you would still like to go ahead and book the treatment, please contact the clinic and we can book this in at an additional fee.

Vouchers purchased from the Laser and Aesthetic Clinic (both in paper format or E-Gift Voucher) should be used within 6 months of purchasing them.
